Join the Supermom Dropout Club Community

You deserve more out of motherhood. The Supermom Dropout Club Community is a virtual community where mothers can learn how to be visible, advocate for their needs, and take up space.

Let’s leave those supermom capes behind, starting today.

Supermom Dropout Club is for you if…

  • you carry most of the mental load at home and it’s all-consuming

  • you feel like you’re drowning in societal expectations of what it means to be a supermom (or your own)

  • you feel like the household feelings manager and are constantly walking on eggshells at home

  • you feel overwhelmed by motherhood on a daily basis

  • you feel like you don’t know who you are as a mother

The Supermom Dropout Club is

  • Affordable: with both free and paid membership levels, there is an option for everyone

  • One-of-a-kind: this is your ticket off toxic social media apps, and there is no other community like this.

  • Inclusive: this community accepts and supports families of all kind, structure, and makeup.

  • Validating and supportive: meet other moms in the very same place you are in motherhood, and feel validated for what you’re feeling and thinking by your peers, and professionals too.

Membership Levels

Foundation Member

Post, comment, and engage in our community for free. Meet other mothers going through the same phase of motherhood you are, and validate your experience using the new relationships you’ll build.

Enjoy the occasional free live conversation and workshop from me, Stacy. I’m a 12-year licensed veteran in the field of mental and behavioral health, and I run a highly successful private practice focused entirely on motherhood.

Legacy Member

Legacy members pay a small monthly fee to access a wide variety of resources. Downloads and live and recorded workshops will be added frequently. You’ll also have access to “coffee chats” featuring other professionals in the field - the ones who really get this motherhood experience.

Legacy members will also have access to things like Q&As, day in the life posts, group calls, group challenges, and other fun, engaging activities that will support your healing and growth in motherhood!

Supermom Dropout Club FAQs

  • Supermom Dropout Club is a virtual community where likeminded mothers can validate their experiences together, learn how to be visible, advocate for their most basic human needs and finally, finally, take up space. Common topics will likely be motherhood burnout and overwhelm, the mental load, self-care, meeting your basic needs, creating the elusive “village” and more.

The community looks a lot like your typical social media feed, but way less toxic and dramatic.

  • Join here!

Supermom Dropout Club is hosted on Circle, a platform just for communities like ours. Circle has a great app, and I highly suggest you download it to get the most out of your membership!

  • All moms can benefit from Supermom Dropout Club membership. There are two levels:

Foundation membership is free and allows for posting, commenting, and engaging with other moms, plus the occasional live chat with me, and a few free resources.

Legacy membership will be a small monthly fee to access exclusive live and pre-recorded workshops, “coffee chats” with instagram pros in this business, Q&As, day in the life, member features, group calls and challenges, and more!

  • The resources and support offered in the Supermom Dropout Club Community are not a substitute for professional therapy. Participating in the SDC Community does not initiate any type of therapeutic relationship with Stacy McCann, Present Moment Counseling Services, Present Parent Coaching Services, or any other designated mental health providers within the community.

  • There is never any commitment required, and you can cancel at any time. However, I do suggest you give the community at least three months, to really make the most of your membership and see what you might learn and apply to your own life during that time.

Why Stacy?

Because she is you, that’s why. Stacy is a mom, a licensed mental health therapist, a licensed behavior analyst, and a 12-year veteran in the field of social work, early childhood development, and mental health.

Stacy became a mom in 2019 and 10 months later, a pandemic hit. These two events combined to send her on a path forward supporting her fellow moms who were and are crumbling under the weight of the mental load, motherhood overwhelm, and complete and total burnout.

  • master’s degree in social work + post-graduate certifications and supervised work

  • clinical mental health license in multiple states

  • behavior analyst certification and licensure

  • advanced training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (training program sanctioned by Postpartum Support International)

  • certified Circle of Security program facilitator (attachment-focused parenting program by Hoffman, Cooper, & Powell)

  • scheduled to become a certified Fair Play program facilitator by the end of February.

“Meeting with Stacy truly had an impact on me. I felt we could discuss any issue and I would get honest, nonjudgmental feedback. Each time I left, I had new ideas, strategies, and a better understanding of how I could support my child, and myself”
